Our Story

Pinnacle Consulting Group was founded on a simple but often overlooked reality: funding alone doesn’t create sustainable organizations. After years of working across nonprofits and businesses, we saw the same pattern—organizations securing resources without the structure needed to sustain them. Growth followed, but so did strain.
PCG was built to bridge that gap—bringing together funding strategy and organizational infrastructure so clients can not only grow, but sustain that growth over time, grounded in practical insight and real-world experience.
What sets us apart is the depth and diversity of experience behind our work. Our team brings decades of executive leadership across local, national, and international organizations—spanning nonprofit management, corporate operations, federal and philanthropic funding, and large-scale program implementation. Collectively, we have helped secure and manage hundreds of millions in funding, led multimillion-dollar operations and capital campaigns, and designed programs that operate across communities and sectors.
This breadth of experience allows us to see challenges from multiple angles—strategic, operational, and financial—and design solutions that are not only effective on paper, but viable in practice.
