Nancy is a seasoned development strategist with more than 30 years of experience in program design, grant strategy, workforce planning, and federal proposal development. Her work spans global consulting projects across sectors including agriculture, community development, education, health, food security, water and energy, tourism, and youth services—contributing to more than $1 billion in federal awards. Her expertise includes nonprofit program and outcomes design, proposal development and grant writing, workforce planning, and capacity-building initiatives designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness and long-term impact.
For 23 years, Nancy designed and taught a technical proposal writing course for international development professionals, helping strengthen grant readiness and proposal development capacity across the sector. She also held senior leadership roles, including Africa Senior Vice President, where she oversaw strategic planning, budgeting, workforce and operational planning, proposal development, client engagement, and project operations. Under her leadership, the region exceeded its $48 million annual sales target, generating $134 million in new awards in a single year. Her experience also includes the development of training programs, organizational tools, and workforce support resources that improved implementation consistency and strengthened team performance across complex initiatives.
