Nancy is a seasoned development strategist with over 30 years of experience in program design, proposal development, and federal grant writing. Her work spans global consulting projects across sectors such as agriculture, community development, education, health, food security, water and energy, tourism, and youth services—contributing to over $1 billion in federal awards.

Nancy spent 23 years designing and teaching a technical proposal writing course for international development professionals. She also held senior leadership roles, including Africa Senior Vice President, where she oversaw strategic planning, budgeting, proposal development, client engagement, and project operations. Under her leadership, the region exceeded its $48 million annual sales target, generating $134 million in new awards in a single year. She continues to give back as a volunteer with Creative Haverhill and organizations supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
