With over two decades of cross-sector leadership, Tracie Parker brings expertise in strategic planning, process development, and organizational growth. As the founder of Parker Consulting Group—now Pinnacle Consulting Group—she co-leads the firm’s evolution, helping mission-driven organizations improve performance, scale impact, and steward public and private investments with excellence. Tracie brings a strong track record in grant and RFP development, contract and P&L management, sales and negotiation, marketing and communications, and analytical problem-solving. A certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, she infuses every engagement with operational rigor, systems thinking, and strategic insight.
Before launching Pinnacle Consulting Group (formerly Parker Consulting Group), Tracie held executive leadership roles across corporate and nonprofit sectors, managing multimillion-dollar client strategies, leading large-scale operational initiatives, directing multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts, and overseeing human resources and staff development. Her experience includes maintaining a 93% RFP win rate generating more than $18 million in annual revenue and contributing to the planning of a $22 million capital campaign.
Additional experience in event planning and large-scale coordination—including work with the Florida State University Foundation and the 1996 Olympic Games Torch Relay—helped shape Tracie’s foundation in stakeholder engagement, strategic logistics, and cross-functional collaboration.
