With more than 35 years of nonprofit leadership, Rebecca Wallace brings expertise in organizational development, program design, grant writing, and community collaboration. As co-leader of Pinnacle Consulting Group, she partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen strategy, secure funding, and build sustainable infrastructure. Her work is rooted in a practical understanding of nonprofit operations—from day-to-day oversight to long-term planning—and a commitment to driving measurable outcomes across the social impact sector.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Rebecca held executive leadership roles with the Community Foundation for the CSRA, Phinizy Center for Water Sciences, and The Salvation Army. She was one of three key leaders on the capital campaign for the Augusta Kroc Center, raising over $11.5 million toward its development. Following the campaign, she served as the Kroc Center’s inaugural Program Director, overseeing a wide range of programs spanning arts, education, recreation, and senior services. Her background also includes extensive work with Action Ministries, where she led regional program operations, facilitated strategic turnarounds, and guided capital improvement initiatives across Georgia. Throughout her career, she has managed diverse revenue portfolios totaling up to $3.8 million annually.
